Educational Qualification
- Superintending Officer: Degree in Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent; OR Masters degree in Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from recognized University or Institution or its equivalent; and 12 years experience in well equipped laboratory or pilot plant conducting mineral beneficiation mineral agglomeration/ore dressing work including 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Chief Administrative Officer: Degree & a recognized University or equivalent. Ten years experience in work relating to general administrative, establishment matters a supervisory capacity in a Government Department or in Organization of repute.
Pay Scale
- Superintending Officer: Pay Band -4 Rs. 37400-67000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-
- Chief Administrative Officer: PB-3 of Rs. 15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-
